Pre-Owned smartphone comes with Excellent, Great and Satisfying battery capacity. None of the batteries were replaced. We keep it all original. Therefore, battery deterioration from daily usage of a phone is normal and it is NOT covered by 24 month warranty.
If in any case your Pre-Owned smartphone has an issue, it will be repaired by an authorized service center technician using only certified parts.
The phone was damaged by physical force, abuse, fire or other external cause;
The phone got into contact with water or other fluids;
Defects were caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product and that includes: protective coatings, cosmetic surface damages;
The damage was caused by using third parties accessories such as charger or cable, headset and etc.;

The phone was damaged as a result of repairs done by unauthorized service centers which are not listed in this document.
Before submitting your warranty claim form make sure you have the proof of purchase (POP), serial number of your phone and your phone does not have any screen locks. Make sure to back up your information from the device.
We ensure free of charge pickup and return of your smartphone for all 24 month warranty claims for devices under warranty terms. Please carefully read warranty terms and conditions before submitting warranty claim form. Warranty claims which are not in compliance with warranty terms can be charged under our standard service rates.
If you having software-related problems, please try to reset smartphone factory settings or re-boot your phone first, before submitting a warranty claim. This could solve the problems without having to send the device for repair.
